We believe the culture we create is just as important as the vision we cast.
The TC Culture Code is eleven statements that represent who we are as a church. We filter everything we do through the code. The TC Culture Code is adopted from:

Unity drives us to cross over or tear down what separates us to reach new and different people in new and different ways.
The vision is big and innovation is possible because we stand on the shoulders of those who gave their lives to this mission before us.
